Well, I did try to keep my post tone light and also read it over twice to make sure that I'd not criticised anyone here and specifically referred to non-VJ examples...but I guess that I failed. :wacko:

These kinds of threads always cause back and forth, and it's generally lighthearted since we all don't dislike each other or have a problem with each other. :thumbs: It's just we all like putting in our 2 cents. :lol:

I have to say, I'm grateful for grammatical, spelling, and usage errors; without them, I wouldn't have a job! :P

March 7, 2005: I-129F NOA1

September 20, 2005: K-1 Interview in London. Visa received shortly thereafter.

AOS

December 30, 2005: I-485 received by USCIS

May 5, 2006: Interview at Phoenix district office. Approval pending FBI background check clearance. AOS finally approved almost two years later: February 14, 2008.

Received 10-year green card February 28, 2008

Hmm...there are several grammatical errors on that page. (I wonder if that's by design?)

I must send that to my hubby....he is a diehard member of the grammar/spelling police....whenever I complain about him correcting me, he always says "It's your language sweetie, I'm just trying to help you use it properly" :wow:
