Some funny answers... (A )pplicant and a forum (M )oderator

A) Sir, somebody told me to file I-130 to bring my spouse to the U.S., is that correct ?

M) very true.

A) I should send the form to USCIS, right ? What's USCIS ?

M) It is an hidden place where people does not have access. You never know what will happen here.

A) Then why should we send here, is there any other better place to mail it?

M) Yes, now there is some lockbox. I guess your application will be locked out here.

A) Oh my gosh. Then where will I send it ?

M) Don't worry. Send it to lock box. Sometimes, a guy will come to remove the rust of this box and if

you are lucky, your application will be picked up.

A) That's good. Normally, how long it will take to approve my application ?

M) If I know that answer, I can make million dollars. Nobody knows.

A) Then what does USCIS people do ?

M) Sometimes they'll sleep, sometimes they'll go out to play golf etc. If some time is left, they will pick

the application is random order.

A) That means my application can take from 1 day to 30 years, huh ?

Anyday I see jokes about USCIS, it makes my day :)

Here is my story. I've lived problem free life, payed my taxes. One day I decided to marry this girl. But to do so would require her to come to US of A, and so it started. My problem free live turned in to free problems from USCIS! Sure things turned to unsure, certain dates turned to aproximation within months. All logical thinking was out the door, as I filed my papers withing famous Vermont Centre!
