Congratulations Richo and all others with good news!

on your interview letter, did it say if there is a way to reschedule? did you get any touches, or did the letter just show up??

I'm concerned that if we get an interview, it will be for when we plan to be out of the country traveling for the holidays. i have already booked our tickets, so i'm feeling that we will almost definately get out inteview appointment for while we are gone..... :wacko:

does anybody have any ideas about this?

Congratulations Richo and all others with good news!

on your interview letter, did it say if there is a way to reschedule? did you get any touches, or did the letter just show up??

I didnt received any email or updates online my I-485 is still the same. I received my interview today and it will be on december. So I guess if you received your interview this month you'll probably have to be schedule on december too. There's a way to reschedule it but I think its better to attend to your scheduled interview. If however, you received your interview by the time that you were away, it will still take a month or two for the interview date. Good luck to us :star:

Ty :star: Actually I didn't expected it to be this early because im here at orange county, CA and I thought it will take a while for me to be scheduled . I just had a feeling that I will be interviewed because Im not transferred early. I have a little over a month to prepare. Hoping for a smooth interview :blush:

yahoo...i guess i better start looking in the mail for mine...did your status change online for the I485 or did the letter just show up in the mail? I'm so happy for you , now start getting stuff together (I know you'll be fine) CONGRATS...

Just to show we can't trust USCIS website as far as processing times...for your local office it has Dec 17 2007 as current processing date LOL so I guess according to that you shouldn't even have an interview for another yr LOL.... :wacko:

Yes you're right ! Because I wasn't expecting an interview letter not until the end of this year or early next year. But it just showed up in the mail without changes in my status online. Im just happy because I know im looking forward into a definite date. I hope it will go well though :blush:

No worries...it'll be fine...just think the last step before you can forget immigration (for awhile at least) and lead a normal life without them at your neck...

congrats richo, for receiving your interview schedule. i still did not received and updates or mail on my my AOS status.... i don't know what is going on.... i'm from San Francisco... maybe they missed my files.... i feel bad.... but my husband told me not to worry about it because i already have a job and they will not gonna kick me out of USA....

I don't know... but i will leave everything to God.
