Received my biometrics appointment notice today for Aug 12th. Three days after receiving NOA1s.

So far so good. :D

Good for you...I'm waiting for my first NOA...should get it tomorrow or early next week...keep us posted

Who else mailed their AOS out this month (July)? What are you current updates?

Hey! Looks like you mailed your AOS wile your I-130 was still pending??? Is that right???

Yeah because I didn't know at the time that I was supposed to (or could've ) sent them all as 1 package...only afterwards being tired of waiting on response i called and they told me to go ahead and send out the AOS....so fingers crossed that this will speed things up a bit...

Well, check being cashed is a good sign!!! So, congrats! I was rejected doing the same thing once and mailed it again 2 weeks ago but no word yet...

10/17/2008 Hubby`s B-day, NOA1 for I-130 finally arrives!

Hey Guys, our I-485 was touched today and at the same time transferred to CSC, we just got the email stating that, and tomorrow we are going for the biometrics hope it will be quick, unfortunately its 2 hours driving from we are living and we still need directions to get there! lol

now we are waiting for the hard copy to get here to see if there is any more informations about the transfer.

i wish good luck for every one of us.

i updated my time line too to keep you on track, i know that will help because i was looking in other members time lines and its was roughly the same.

HI all the July filers! I am the new July filer.

Tere's a little bit strange in my case.On July12 i filed i485,i131,i765. On July 21 i only got NOAs for i485 and i131 , no notice of action for i765.

And today July 25,i received biometrics letter only for Aos.

Anyone can tell me what's going on?

08/09/2007:RFE due to a publc Notice made in 2006.(I finally figured out why until Sep,17,2007)

08/20/2007:Touch(got an email from USCIS,our case has resumed) due to the RFE strick call,also the officer said whenever you got a blue paper from us,that doesn't mean RFE,a green one mean RFE.in our case,we got the blue one.But still sucks,delayed our case,wasted our time.

08/21/2007:Touch(not due to the phone call)

08/22/2007:Touch(not sure due to the phone call or b/c i change the password at the same day so got a touch)

08/23/2007:Touch(not due to the phone call)

08/27/2007:NOA2 APPROVED

Just wanna let you know that the Biometrics appointment went very smooth and professional did not take more that 20 min to do everything : filling out an information paper + fingerprints + photos .

it was not waiting time , we even had the time to fill out a small information paper about costumer services.

Announcing myself officially to this thread! Our AOS package was received by Chicago Lockbox on July 21st and check was cashed yesterday! Now the waiting game begins again. I almost forgot what the excitement of filing for the K-1 was like! Here we go again....

07-30-2007: Return receipt signed by TSC

09-12-2007: Petition returned by USCIS, asked to change to new fee schedule and resubmit

09-14-2007: Letter to congressman with copy of postmarked envelope asking for help with appealing rejection

09-20-2007: Reply from Congressman to send it back with old fee and copy of post-mark. Package sent again directly to VSC

09-24-2007: USPS delivered package to VSC at 2:32 PM

10-16-2007: NOA1 issued

10-19-2007: Touched

No bother at all, I checked A...my husband is a citizen and had already filed the I130...Hope this helped
