Application Type: I765, APPLICATION FOR EMPLOYMENT AUTHORIZATION

Current Status: Card production ordered.

On October 8, 2008, we ordered production of your new card. Please allow 30 days for your card to be mailed to you. If we need something from you we will contact you. If you move before you receive the card, call customer service. You can also receive automatic e-mail updates as we process your case. Just follow the link below to register.

I'm so happy I cried, i don't know what do with myself right now...but give God all the thanks...phew...almost to the end of my journey...

4/29/13 - Case Complete!

5/10/13 - Interview notice emailed.

I have been waiting for EAD for over 80 days now. I am so disappointed.

Kitty, has ANY progress been made to your case since you filed? :wacko:

Sometimes no news is good news, especially you have already got your biometrics taken and of course checks cashed. But I think you should hear something very soon! Hang in there! :star:

If you haven't been transferred by now (3+ months), I don't think you will be. I think chances are very good that you will be interviewed. No need to stress out over it though. Good luck.

Depending on how backed up your local office is, you should get an interview notice in the next month or two.

so going to csc does that mean ead will be approved shortly??

Shortly is a relative term. In our case, the EAD was approved about 5 weeks after the transfer.

do you think so? i don't really mind, but i just want to get this over with. we waited over a year and a half for the K1, so i was hoping that this would be quick and painless.

Going to CSC has nothing to do with your EAD. CSC means you'll probably haven't been required for an interview.

Don't let the choices chose you, chose the choices that you want.
