Checked status online and FINALLY on October 1, 2008, EAD card production ordered and AP approval notice sent. Still no emails from CRIS though.

Congratulations! We didn't get an email from CRIS either, even though we signed up for email updates.

do they start counting from the date RFE was received or continue from original date? (for EAD approval/processing) Customer service rep said that the two files are independant of each other (we know better than to believe this) but was wondering how they calculate processing time of EAD when RFE was issued on I-485?

ME FOUR! I was surprised last night because I'm always looking at my email and then last night I saw at USCIS online status that it was updated and approved NOw just wait it in person. I hope they will not forget my AOS though. Good luck to us

Hope so, it's like swimming and you see the shoreline but after swimming for so many miles you don't think you have the energy to take one more stroke...but you know you have to in order to survive LOL...i see the shoreline but my arms are tired, wish they would send me a lifejacket

I just looked at Los angeles timeline and I think I will have an intertiew date as same time as yours, since Im here at orange county area.

The list for the active K1 folks is almost full... come on keep the last ones coming !

About K3 and CR I don't know exactly the process, if it's just AOS or also EAD/AP etc... if someone can put some light on it.. would be awesome !

See my timeline...I'm a I-130 filer and once that's approved we file AOS and EAD/AP if we chose too (I filed for EAD along with AOS)...all forms can be filed together (which I found out too late )...but it's pretty much the same process for everyone I think at the AOS stage...someone correct me if i'm wrong...(depending on your situation I believe most if not all CR1, I-130 filers have to be interviewed...)
