What a day! Got my EAD approval this evening. All this after earlier receiving NOA through the post telling me my case has been moved to cali.

Great day! Massive relief knowing I can go applying for jobs now. :D

Good luck for everyone else awaiting EAD.

Any updates? It seems that not many EAD cases are not approved this week. What's going on?

Finally I am able to see my I-485 status online after checking my status every five mins for the past month :whistle: . Funny thing is I just before i tried this evening I said to myself " THAT IS IT, IF YOU ARE NOT THERE THIS TIME I AM NOT GOING TO TRY AGAIN'' Funny thing is I don't know whether I really meant that. Now thats the good part. Bad part is a RFE letter was sent mailed out to me today :angry: . Just what I needed. Did any of you get a RFE for I-485 and what was it for? :unsure:

Hi JeffandDonna. Sorry to hear about your RFE. Could you tell us all what kind of information they asked you for?

I don't know what it is all about yet i checked it online. I will let you know later though.

Congratulation!

Congratulations to everyone who has gotten their EAD and AP. After 2 months of waiting and one undeliverable mail notice a call to the customer service line and a info pass appointment, finally on 9/15/2008 the biometrics was done. There has to be a better way of doing this. :blink:

Don't worry Richo, soon you will receive a good news... Just keep praying.... Goodluck.... Congrats to all who got there EAD, AOS and some approval.....

Hope i will receive my good news soon... I still don't know what happen to my AOS... I just wish that it will be transfer... If not i guess i have to prepare for an interview..... We just hope and pray that everything will be ok and will go fast....

The stats had finally been updated. I got a new motherboard for my computer and had to reinstall everything on some bigger new hardware.

Anyway, I wanted to congratulate everyone ! lots have been happening lately and it's awesome ! congratulations to all !!!!

On my side, still nothing, no touch, nothing...but i hope soon :)

This morning I checked my USCIS case status online, to my surprise it was showing an update was done today 9/22/08. When I click it, it shows that on 9/19/08 the production of my EAD card was orderd. To allow 30 days to arrive. :thumbs: (Well the case is my wife's) so I called her and gave her the good news. She will be looking for jobs :dance::dance:

Please keep hope alive, and let us hope the rest of the applications (AP, GC and I-130) will be on track and come through :dance:

i just got the 2 CRIS email for AP (approval notice sent) and EAD (card production ordered).

Can't wait to see it in real !

Oh! and i want to add.... if the folks at uscis feel like transferring my file to csc ... please feel free since you are in the file ! :rolleyes::P

COngrats mellusine Im happy for you :dance::dance: Can't help but wonder what are they doing with mine or what they are not doing :wacko: I think they really voided my first ead aww I wish i havent send a correciton letter looks like it makes my ead will be approve longer :cry:
