I know they mean nothing but I was wondering if anyone else was getting a touch everyday? For the past week my husband's case has had a touch everyday. .. just curious. . .

I bet your adjudicator is a little guy and he uses your file to prop himself up in the chair so he can see his desk better. He has to scan it every day. :lol:

That's what I was wondering too. . .maybe s/he needs a coaster for coffee and what better coaster than my husband's case. . . haha :jest:

02-19-13: NVC received case.
03-08-13: Case # assigned--HCM2013******.
03-09-13: Paid AOS Fee $88.00.
03-09-13: Emailed DS-3032 from Beneficiary's email address.
03-13-13: AOS Fee showed as PAID & sent AOS package certified mail.
03-18-13: AOS package delivered @ 10:50 A.M.
03-18-13: DS-3032 accepted.
03-20-13: IV Bill Invoice.
03-21-13: Paid IV Fee $230.00.
03-23-13: IV Fee showed as PAID.
04-23-13: Sent IV package certified mail.
04-26-13: IV package delivered @ 11:13 A.M.

05-08-13: Case completed @ NVC per telephone call.

Any updates? It seems that not many EAD cases are not approved this week. What's going on?

NOne with mine. SOme have their email approval this week and they got their AP document and EAD card in the mail. HOping for us to come soon :dance::whistle:

Hey fellow July filers, FYI still waiting on my I-130 approval and some form of movement on my AOS...will keep you posted if anything changes...hopefully something happens b4 the end of sept. Congrats to all the approvals and good luck to the rest of us...

Any updates? It seems that not many EAD cases are not approved this week. What's going on?

Finally I am able to see my I-485 status online after checking my status every five mins for the past month :whistle: . Funny thing is I just before i tried this evening I said to myself " THAT IS IT, IF YOU ARE NOT THERE THIS TIME I AM NOT GOING TO TRY AGAIN'' Funny thing is I don't know whether I really meant that. Now thats the good part. Bad part is a RFE letter was sent mailed out to me today :angry: . Just what I needed. Did any of you get a RFE for I-485 and what was it for? :unsure:

Sorry for the RFE, but just turn in what they ask for and your case will be resumed processing pretty quick once they receive your document. Don't worry be happy :wacko:
