Still cant check the status online. called the number on the receipt and the customer service lady couldn't find it either so transfered to a higher person and then took him 10 mins to find it and said it was still in normal process times and he acted like we were stupid for calling hHe said to call back in dec basically if we haven't gotten anything. :S I just hope that somethings happening to it because I have no way of knowing where it is at. It is still not online, he said it took awhile to get it online but it seems like you all can check the status and we still can't grrrrr :( Paul really wants to work he's sick of being bored at my house theres only so much to do here!!

We are still waiting for any developments. The last time my case was updated online was July 29th saying it was at the National Benefits Center for both the I485 and 1765.

We did not apply for the AP, but I do have a question regarding travel. When should I apply for a name change on my passport? Should I wait for the green card seeings how I cannot travel before then any way or do it before? Currently my expired I-94 is still in my passport. I am correct in thinking that when i do apply for the name change I do this through the British Consulate in New York, via the mail? I am a British passport holder.So far as travel within the US I have my State ID which has my correct name.

Good for you I guess. At least you know that your case was not lost or was not ignored. Whether it will result to good news (AOS approval) or not so good news (RFE) you know that they're working on your case. I wanna be touch too :whistle:

I bet your adjudicator is a little guy and he uses your file to prop himself up in the chair so he can see his desk better. He has to scan it every day. :lol:
