Congrats everyone. :dance: ... this means that our cases are moving since alot of July filers are getting EAD or AP or even GC which is great.

I just checked the NBC processing time , it has been updated and for example the I 765 and I 131 is now working on June 18, 2008 applications. My question is what about I-130 that is in National Benefit center?

My case have not seen any touches since after the biometrics (08/05/2008) :crying:

Any thoughts?

I have no touch since biometric either.

But, I hope that things will be moving;)

7/19 AOS package has been mailed

7/21 AOS package was arrived in Chicogo.

7/28 NOA1 for AOS, EAD, AP

8/15 Biometric done

2007/04/10 - I-130 Sent

2007/05/03 - NOA1

2007/07/16 - I -130 RFE email waiting for the letter.

2007/09/18 - They sent a new letter as we did not get the first one ...... praying to get it as soon as possible !! Please.

2007/09/26 - Got the letter .. long history .. Docs Sent .. Thanks GOD and all my VJ`S friends

2007/09/29 - RFE Docs arrived there ... nightmare over !

2007/10/03 - Touched .. DID THEY FIND MY RFE DOCS ? I REALLY HOPE THEY DID.

2007/10/05 - Touched... They got the docs for sure .. We got a email .. ok everything is fine ..

2007/10/09 - Touched .. Now we are talking

hi richo, my EAD was touched also today...hehehe...hope ours will come sooner...

hi joyce. Yes my ead was touched but it was for my second EAD. Its kinda confusing, what I meant was I have the first EAD application right? But since I realized I had a mistake in question 16 and so I make a correction for ead and everything and GUESS WHAT! They send me a new NOA EAD with a new receipt number and new biometrics appointment for it :-( So I think my first EAD is already void and this second ead will be the one that will be continued. ALthough it says online that my first one is still pending. But Im still hoping that my first EAD will be approved soon. :blush:

Mine never been touched the only time it was touched is when they email me that the production of my EAD was already order... and after few days i received my EAD on MAil.
