I have no touches since biometric and I am so worried. It seems that my case has not even been transferred to CSC yet.

Hi there itsok..Me too there's still quite a few july filers that file before us that was not yet transferred to CSC so I guess we're still ok..ANd if ever they wont transfer us lets just prepare for the interview it might not be that bad right? Hello Guyz, Same here, i feel bad that i don't know what is going on to my case. Not yet transfer nor update from online And no mail or email... We just pray that everything will be ok...

We checked online today and case status for EAD & AP were approved today!!!!!

No update on AOS, hasn't been touch since 3 days after biometrics!!!!!

sunshine, if ur case fit with the stats you should get the email if u r registerd online by the 20 of september (and the card as itself i guess about 10 days after)

That goes up to te 4th of october for me (with email about the 25th of september).

That SOO gonna be a crazy end of the month for everybody !

Hello fellow July filers,

I have a question, I need everyone's input. My applicatios are I-130, I-485, I-765 and I-131. I have the NOA which states that my applications are pending at the National Benefit Center (NBC), and I can see the status online as such since 08/05/08 right after the Biometrics. Online instruction states that if I want to see the processing dates for similar applications in NBC to check online processing times...BUT I can not see any application processing times for I-130, I-485, I-765 and I-131. Are they confused or they are confusing us and think that I am dumb and will stay beleive their BS???

If anyone has any insight, any ideas on how to read the NBC processing time list? Do you guys see your application types (processing time) listed on the NBC ? and if yes, please let me know how I can find it....

but it will state only like the latest file processed... so the timelines appear crazy long.

Thank you melusine but it is noot true. I just checked the link. It is a very short list of applications that they process

only the following forms listed

I-102

I-131

I-539

I-765

I-817

I-824

So there is nothing about I-130 nor I-485, are they processing the I-485 and I-130 or not at National Benefit Center also known as MSC?

Check it out yourself and see. My frustration is that I filed all the forms at the same time, I-130, I-131, I-485 and I-765, and they are all at National Benefit center but there no posting regarding I-130 there nor I-485.

Any thoughts?

it would be one of two things. Either enter Chicago for the local field office b/c that's where we send the paperwork, or enter your local office, wherever you live. I'm honestly not sure what is right, though my guess would be the local office pick. Either way, however, these dates are pretty useless. They are generally far behind what the centers are actually processing. I would suggest you are better off keeping with VJ statistics and go here:

I believe only the temporary benefits (765/131) are adjudicated at NBC, the others (130/485) go to your local office.

Yes, you are ok. I think most people have only 1 biometrics for both AOS and EAD. Some do receive two separate appts but I think that's pretty rare.
