I have a question... I filed AOS, EAD & AP for my husband back in July and received our NOA1 and Biometrics letter shortly after. He had his Biometrics on 8/2... How do you check to see your case was "touched"?

I have a log in with USCIS and am checking it everyday... the last date it shows anything done was 8/5... Does that mean the last time they "touched" our case was on 8/5 or is there another way to check?

I posted this in Work & Travel section, but no answer yet. I will paste it here, maybe someone can help me:

"My husband and I would like to go on vacation to Puerto Rico. I know it is in general treated as US teritory and US citizens do not need passports going there, how about us with pending AOS? I heard different answers - both that it is treated as domestic flight, and that there are customs and passport control (I don't have AP yet). Which one is true? Has anyone here been to PR recently?

Guys be patient! The are coming....it took us 36 days from file date to get transferred to CSC. It seems to be taking around 70 days for EAD and AP notice, that would put us at next weekend (we filed June 30).

If you want to check your status online:

https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/jsps/index.jsp

Click: Create/Edit CUSTOMER portfolio account if you have never logged in (you will need your notice numbers from your letters)

Click: LOGIN if you are a returning customer

Once you have set up an account, you can turn email notifications on...you will have to do this for each thing - EAD, AP, AOS

Looks like there has been a rash over the last two weeks of people are getting EAD/AP in the mail right now without their notice online being changed online first.

K-1 AOS

The USCIS websites always seem to be behind when it comes to updating their website. I hope for Nicky's sanity this gets done with soon enough...he has a serious case of cabin fever!
