Another touch today :huh::huh::blush::blink:

I know! Same here. Also a *bunch* of June filers, most if not all CSC transferees, were touched yesterday. I wonder what they are doing with our stuff! This is making me anxious.

I hope it's a good thing. Last touch on my EAD was on July 7, it wasn't even touch after my bio.

Seems like we got transferred to CSC the same day. Anyways, good luck to all of us still waiting.

Looks like K-3s are not seeing any touches... At least the K-1s are seeing transfers and touches, but what about us?

As for me, my lawyer got the yellow RFE slip and it was about the I-864 so we are now getting together all the docs to send the RFE package back. Biometrics done easily although they had trouble scanning my little fingers :)) and fingerprints were unclear...

I just wish the EAD would move faster... I really want to work. I've done literally EVERYTHING around the house and no more cleaning is needed for the next months :))

I found out a K-3 beneficiary can get SSN before getting EAD (although it is not work authorized at least you can get the number, drivers licence, open bank account etc.) so I'm planning on doing that next week. Too bad I didn't know that earlier

How's everyone else doing?

Our K-3 timeline

- jan. 12 2008 - Wedding

- feb. 11 2008 - sent I-130 to Chicago lockbox

- march 06 2008 - sent I-129F to CSC

- may 06 - APPROVED

- jun 12 - medical and interview passed! Visa in the passport!!!

- jun 24 - entry in US through Chicago

AOS

- jul 16 2008 - AOS + EAD sent to Chicago lockbox

- jul 28 - NOAs for AOS and EAD

- aug 6 - Bio letter

- aug 11 - RFE e-mail (I-864)

- aug 19 - Biometrics done (they scanned my little fingers maybe 20 times because fingerprints were not clear enough :P )

Thank you God! Just a few more steps..

We've all waited so long and a lot went thru hell just for the visa and to be reunited with our sweethearts that this wait for AOS should be a breeze. :)

In our case...my k1 took a long time...my husband applied october 2006 and was approved december 2007 and I got intervied and approved last march 2008..so basically almost 1 and a half year for my k1 processing...So I'm kinda leary thinking that my AOS will be like that again . ..I hope not though  We'll just wait and pray...Good luck to all of us

I got touched after three days from my biometric. Nothing has happened since. It seems that EAD can be approved faster than estimate approval date on my timeline.

I am really hoping that everyone gets EAD and AOS approved soon.

Did anyone start job hunting already?? AHHH my MIL is driving me insane.

7/19 AOS package has been mailed

7/21 AOS package was arrived in Chicogo.

I got Minnesota state ID card in the mail today after 4 weeks of waiting  And it is valid for more then 4 years.

Timing is perfect because I have to fly on monday and I don't want to carry my passport and marriage certificate around anymore (ticket has to be with my married name for some technical reasons).

Of course, there is a mistake on it, regarding the address. It is minor, just apartment number. Should I be safe using it for this trip? Name and picture are there, that's what matters I guess. I will report the error when I am back, does anyone know if I will have to wait for another month for them to correct it? Did anybody have this problem?
