We went in early for Darren's biometric appointment on Thursday; it took about 20 minutes from beginning to end.

I checked my e-mail today and noticed that we have been transferred to CSC on 8/12/08...completely surprised us. I hope that means that the approval will be quickly behind (esp. for his EAD).

11/25/08 - Received welcome letter...and Green Card!!!

12/21/08 - ceremonial wedding

10/9/10 - Sent I-751 and started the fresh hell that is ROC

10/14/10 - NOA1 for ROC

10/29/10 - received appointment for Biometrics

11/22/10 - Biometrics appointment

Currently: Living blissfully with my Essex lad...

Great ! all conformed to the average stats... it appears that the transfer happen around (before or after) the original biometric appt.

I was finally able to view our status online today. I did the biometrics appt. this past Wednesday, no problems there. When I viewed the status online it says my case is currently at the National Benefits Center... what is the NBC exactly? This means I haven't been transferred to California yet?

Hi there! NBC (NATIONAL BENEFITS CENTER) at missouri. And yes it haven't been transferred to california yet. But eventually it will be transferred to CSC if you dont need to be interviewed..if they transferred it to a local office near you then you will be interviewed. We're hoping that all of us will be transferred soon. Good luck and God bless to all of us :dance:

heyy guys...i just got done with my biometrics last friday...but still cannot view my 765 and 131 online...i tried to wait until monday but still retrieval failed....anybody have i dea about this?do i have to call for an update?

thanks melusine.im just worried about it because most of the members here after they got done with their biometrics,they can view their status online...i just have no idea about mine...hehe

We were able to view all of our 3 case status online after receiving the 3 NOA's. We don't go for our biometrics until the 21st so I'm not sure why some are able to view their status online and some are not. Very bizarre.

AOS Timeline:

8/06/08: Check cashed

8/07/08: Rec'd NOA for I-485 AOS

8/07/08: AOS, EAD, & AP - Touched

8/08/08: Rec'd NOAs for EAD & AP

8/12/08: Rec'd Biometrics appt letter

8/21/08: Biometrics

9/29/08: EAD & AP - approved!!

10/6/08: EAD & AP - received in the mail!

2/06/09: Received interview notice for March 10th!!

3/10/09: Passed interview - husband's GC approved!!! Woohoo!!! :-)

same here. I was able to view it about a day after noa.

07/06/08 - Wedding..... I'm Married Yall!!!

7/26/12 - Sent to Chicago Lockbox

7/30/12 - Priority date

3/15/13 - NOA2!!!!!!!

3/25/13 - NVC received my case

4/08/13 - Emailed ds3032 template

4/09/13 - NVC case number and IIN number generated

4/11/13 - aos fee bill invoiced/paid/and pkg sent

4/12/13 - aos fee paid again after being rejected/ds3032 resent and accepted

4/15/13 - aos pkg delivered/iv bill invoiced and paid

4/16/13 - iv pkg sent express mail/ aos status changed to paid

4/17/13 - iv pkg delivered/ iv status changed to paid.

4/29/13 - Case Complete!

5/10/13 - Interview notice emailed.

6/05/13 - INTERVIEW

I just finished my biometric on the 15th of August. Last Friday. But, I still cannot see any update. How long does it take them to transfer my case to CSC or local office after biometric?

7/19 AOS package has been mailed

7/21 AOS package was arrived in Chicogo.

7/28 NOA1 for AOS, EAD, AP

8/15 Biometric done

we didn't saw anyone get transferred to local offices yet... the transfers to CSC started and so far happened within about 20 days from NOA1 or around biometric dates.

FINALLY!!!i can view my I-765 but my AP is not viewable yet... thanks god...my 485 was touch also today!!!

we had the same day of biometrics appointment,..i just checked it again this afternoon and i was able to view it already...try to check yours,maybe you can view it...

its too bad..i've been checking2x and checking to view my case but i cannot view the 131 and 765 but my 485 i can...

Only two of my husbands cases can be viewed online. I keep trying daily to see if the third is up but no. ..I think the internet posting of cases is a ####### shoot. .. :)
