Hi guys I need a little info please. We sent our AOS package on 7/18/2008 and received our NOA1 on 7/28/2008. No biometric letter yet after 11 days. Anyone else has had the same experience? Thanks for any info.

I have a question for you guys....

We received our NOA for I-485 but that was it. Did you get NOA's for all 3 (AOS, EAD, and AP)?? Or did they all come separately? We did file for all 3 at the same time but we only got the NOA for AOS today....nothing for EAD & AP (yet).

They were three separate envelopes, but they all came the same day.

Got the little green notice that they received our packet yesterday (not the NOA) and they cashed the checks!!

Melusine, can you update the spreadsheet whenever you have a moment to reflect checks cashed on 08/07/2008?

Hey Guys here is a quick tip about how to know where is you Local Field Office :

1- Go to this service in the USCIS website : HERE

2- Scroll down to Local Office Locator, enter your ZIP Code, click Find My Office !

3- click on the name of the office

4- That's it, now you know your local office address, directions, and all the stuff you want are listed in that page.

hope it'll help, and by the way when you know your local office's name try to update it in your profile.

Hey,it seems pretty much the same thing happen to us , we apply I-485,I-131,I-765,but so far i only got the first two notices,still no I-765 notice yet.I had my finger print done for I-485 two days a ago,i asked the officer there,he said that happens some time that people don't get all the notices at the same time,he think i should hear from the I-765 notice soon and also most of the time if i already have the finger print done once,the I-765 appoinment will be taken care of later on .Hopefully that would really happen ,good luck with your case:)
