That means you probably won't have to interview. They can still transfer it back to your local office (which is slow as sh*t by the way),but most likely will just approve you at CSC.

Congrats on your transfer! I'm waiting mine to be transferred to CSC too and not to be bounce to local office. I heard good news when their case was being transferred to CSC, like no interviews. Hope that will be true in your case, mine and everyone else.

Well, yeah, I realize being transferred to CSC is good and means likely no interview. What's retarded is that they emailed us twice about it; first a week ago, then again today. So they emailed a week ago with the transfer news; again yesterday saying it actually arrived at California, and then AGAIN today saying it's been transferred to CSC. So they are repeating themselves, when it apprently arrived there already.

But, it's all good. Better than not hearing anything at all, I suppose!

Thank you, Thank you and Thank you guys all. you are all very supportive and willing to share your experience. In turn, it helps others to feel comfortable dealing with the USCIS tricks and sometimes confusing paperworks.

BTW, I have already registered online at the same site you guys gave me the link too, I thought there is another site or back door in obtaining case status......

I will update you guys on my case as soon as I can add my recipt numbers, as of right now I can not add them for some reason.... any thoughts?

Thanks again

You need to create a Timeline (here) and click Edit / Add my Entry or at least tell us the date you got you NOAs so we can help you.

but don't worry about that it happens sometimes just wait some days and you can check you cases online, probably after you do your biometrics.

Good day all,

After we did the biometric for my wife as walk-in on Saturday, 8/2/08, I was ablel to add the cases online and it shows that thy have touched I485 and I 765 on 8/4/08 and it shows they are on hold(pending) at National benefits Center. We have filed I-130 and I-131 as well, but not able to view them online. Do any of you experience similar situation? On the other hand it says to see the timeline for processing similar applications can be viewed online at the NBC link, but when I click on it, it does not have the time line for I-765 or I485, or may be I am loosing it. Anyone knows what is going on?

Getting anxious and frustrated sometimes.

Good luck to all of us

to add your new cases you just need to use you old account, go to the uscis website click Case Status Online on the left, then click login, enter your login informations, go to To add a case to your portfolio click and click on the link, enter your case numbers, that's it.

a TOUCH is the cahnge in the update date, so the recent date is the TOUCH date.

i hope that will help

Hi Guys !!!

I would like to hear my VJ’s friends opinion

I am going to move to another state in at about 2 or 3 weeks from now

I have decided to keep this address I mean do not change anything until I get my EAD

Card it is possible because a close friend of mine will be here taking care of the house and mail until the end of Sept when my lease contracts ends and then after that I will change it.

The reason is I don’t want to miss EAD Card what I believe could happen changing my address right now.

Am I doing the right think?

I appreciate your help !

Maybe the case will be delayed a little bit but better have it done.

Hi july-filers! I just read in other forum yesterday about RFE requesting for further evidence of assets. And I think we made a mistake with regards to my husband's I-864. Anyways, I posted this yesterday I'd just like to post it here too

In my husband's I-864 on PART 7 SUPPLEMENTAL INCOME (WHICH IS OPTIONAL) AND IF MY HUSBAND'S ASSETS EXCEEDED THE POVERTY LIMIT HE DONT HAVE TO FILL IT OUT, HE'S INCOME EXCEEDED BUT WE STILL FILLED IT OUT :whistle:Anyways, on PART 7 no. 26(A) balance of savings and checkings account we provided a bank letter, we leave ( B ) blank and on ( C) Enter the net cash value of stocks, bonds, certificates of deposit and any other assets not already included in lines 26 (a) and ( B ) we put a value in there adding up his bonds, etc. BUT WE DIDNT PROVIDE A COPY OF THAT BOND, CASH VALUE, STOCKS ETC. So now my question is, do you guys think that this will be a problem or had anyone had a problem similar to this before? I mean i know i dont have RFE yet, I'm just anxious so we can prepare it, because in the first place ITS AN OPTION FOR US TO FILL OUT PART 7 BECAUSE MY HUSBAND'S INCOME EXCEEDED POVERTY LIMIT BUT WE STILL FILLED IT OUT AND WE ONLY PROVIDE EVIDENCE ON PART 7 (26) (A) BUT NOT ON PART 7 (26) ( C ). What do you guys think? ty just being OCD again

I called customer service most of them dont know until this last one that I talked to, she said that it depends on the adjudicator holding my case, knowing that you husband's income exceeded poverty limit you dont even need the evidence of assets but you put something in there so if the adjudicator wants some evidence of that they'll send you a RFE. oh well  I guess I would just like to hear my co-july filers opinion with regards to this and it makes me feel relaxed sharing it too thanks guys ;)

We finished biometrics appointment middle of July and still no touches and no transfer. last update was July 03. I tried to call USCIS and can't get past the pressing the buttons. Does anyone know where to call and talk to a real person. My concern is they didn't process the Biometrics correctly and it is holding for that.
