Were not lifting conditions. it said that in the adjust status for timeline so I copied it over. Were in the normal AOS.

We had a minor set-back though....our packet was rejected and returned to us since my hubby missed a signature line (slipped by me too). We resent our packet on 7/30 and was received by USCIS on 7/31/08.

Not sure if USCIS will honor the received date of 7/21/08 on the NOA rejection notice. Oh well.....we'll find out if they do. If not, I will change our sent date to 7/30 instead of 7/18.
