Hello VJers! I passed my interview today! (In Spokane, WA) I should receive my greencard in the mail in 10 days or so, is what they tell me! WOOT!

Still no news and no touch (last one first of august) on my side despite an infopass last week. (At least i got confirmation that my file was not lost somewhere)

If I don't get the letter with an interview date by tomorrow, that will mean I will start being late compared to the LA office stats.... grmf grmf grmf

FINALLY!!! Received Green card today! So the conclusion is USPS don't forward government mails. I saw the forwarding address sticker with our new address and at the bottom it says RETURN TO SENDER. Anyways thank GOd I can truly say the AOS part is truly over now.. Nowtime to update SSn and state id and dl. Good luck to those who are still waiting !! Mellusine hopefully you'll hear fromthem soon and to others who are still waiting for an update

SuzieLuvPaul, I don't think u need an infopass for now, at least you know ur file was touched recently. I would be you, I would wait till early February to check what's going on with it.

We filed in mid July. At some point we received a notice that the case had been transferred to California, and that's the last word we've heard from USCIS since August. My EAD was apparently lost in the mail because I never received it despite receiving every other notice sent. They refused to send another one and suggested I apply again with the fee. So I've been out of work since last March, going through my savings, waiting for this AOS to go through. And nothing... it's just said the same thing since September:

Application Type: I485, APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS

Current Status: This case is now pending at the office to which it was transferred.

The I485 APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS was transferred and is now pending standard processing at a USCIS office. You will be notified by mail when a decision is made, or if the office needs something from you. If you move while this case is pending, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address. We process cases in the order we receive them. In the case portfolio it says last updated September 23rd, but nowhere does it even indicate it's in California. We are totally in the dark and running low on money. My wife lost her job just before Christmas so her doctor boss could keep his BMW.

My hubby's AOS was touched today. I am so excited because it has not been touched since August. YAY.

Hurrah, on Tuesday my husband checked the USCIS site and found the production of the Permanent Resident card had been ordered. We were transferred to CSC (October), and didn't have an interview. Whew, finally...thanks VJ!
