I went to a week vacation and when i got home i have this letter from USCIS and it says I have to appear for initial interview on December 10 @9:00 am. I check with the USCIS and my status still the same "resumed processing". Is this the interview schedule for my AOS?

Congrats Gina-S and Amanda+Stephen Keweul yeah all we can do is wait for the interview date and prepare for paperworks and thank you I do hope I can get in my interview at ucla yesterday was fierced. There's lots of applicants and all I can do now is hope and pray that I can get in. Good luck and God bless everyone

Hi everyone! I have not posted on this topic yet, but I thought I'd reply today. My husband and I sent his AOS & EAD application in July. His NOA1 was issued July 23rd. We did have an RFE for the AOS and it was transferred to CSC on 10/14. We have not received a letter from them saying it was transferred or anything. We are also still waiting for the EAD. I did call last week for an inquiry and that was not helpful at all. I was just wondering how many of you are still waiting for your EAD cards?

FYI- Got my name added to hubby's bank accounts (co-owner) yesterday...took a little while (about 1 week) for my ssn to clear with their system...but everything's ok, will be mailed a card and checks this week...

On October 30, 2008, the status of my I765 changed to "Card Production Ordered". On November 3, 2008, the status changed to "Approval Notice Sent". However, I have neither received the card nor the approval notice yet.

From reading posts on many forums, I saw that most people got their cards within 10 days from the date of "Card Production Ordered". Is there anybody who is in a similar situation to mine? Should I worry?

Congrats with your recent EAD approval. Its normal ive read some in here got their about 11, 13, 15 days after the approval my first ead I got it after i think 11 to 12 days. Just need to waitfor it good luck to you

Thank you Richo for such a fast reply! I try to be patient but it has been 15 days since the CPO date. I am worried that my EAD card has been returned to the USCIS as undeliverable. That would be so depressing!

I moved on October 1st but I received the USCIS change of address confirmations for all my cases. Also yesterday, I called the USCIS to verify my address on I765 and it is correct.

Oh, please don't get me wrong. I am extremely happy that my EAD card was approved but still, without the actual card you cannot do anything - get a SSN, start working.

I just wanted to see if there was anybody with similar CPO and ANS dates to mine who are also waiting for their EADs. For now, I will keep waiting and will update my profile when I get the card.
