I am starting already a thread for the people who know they will file in July

we will marry the 20th of June and the time to get the marriage certificate and all papers ready, we will most probably send it all very early July.

Anyone want to get in the ride ?

I'll jump on. We are also getting hitched on the 20th & will most likely send our stuff late June, but I think that might also make us July filers. (ugh, we are July filers in terms of our 129f; I can't belive it's been a year.)

Anyhoo, my only thought is that this topic might be better off in the AOS section rather than in the Canada forum.

Did you start getting ready in terms of paper, checking the next forms we will need to fill up ?

Here, i got the medical appointment (to transfert info from the vaccination sheet to another numbered one) on the 19th of june and i think i have pretty much all papers as well except that it's not quite yet organized.

I saw my sweet will need to fill up another affidavit + all evidences again.

We're not getting married till August 1, so I can't jump in this parade, but I just wanted to say, yeah, Rae, I can't believe it's been a year either. We're the same.

I hope to join you guys! We're getting married July 18th and will file our papers asap after that. Not sure how long it takes to get everything together afterward or if it's right away. I haven't researched this leg of the journey enough yet cuz we were stuck in the first part so dang long. It'll be good to have a place to bounce my questions around.

Here. i am getting ready but i am still waiting for an answer from a medical place for the form 693A with the new requirements they have ( starting 1st of july i think) TB skin test etc...

The medical center (one i saw on the recommendation in one of the VJ thread) at least knew what i was talking about with just the I693A. They wanted to call the immigration to be super sure but we are still waiting for an answer.

Then i will need newer pictures (less than 30 days) then, a couple of copies, then... tigidou! all ready to go !

Hello guys we filed for AOS on the June 25, 2008 the packet get there the 28th, still no delivery receipt

So we are July Filers

Hi everyone,

I'm a forum newbie. I am currently in NJ as a B2 status holder and is getting married to my USC boyfriend on Tuesday. He has asked me to prep for the applications and we plan to have them all submitted on the 21st (that is if the marriage certificate gets to us in time). I have a medical appointment on Wednesday next week.

I am keeping my fingers crossed that everything will be ready in time. I'm not quite sure how sensitive my legal status will be if I don't receive my NOAs or any approval for that matter before the end of my legal stay here (august 14). Neither am I certain that we have all the "evidence" documents for the submission.

Any tips and guides will be very appreciated. I intend to keep track of the posts here as I will be a July Filer as well.
