Got the NOA2 hard copy for hubby today- no news on the kids. Case was sent to New Hampshire to determine appropriate consulate.

Anyone else got some news??? :)

My I-129 tied to my I-130 got touched today! Yippeeeeeee!

I-130 hasn't been touched since I sent it in- but atleast they are looking at the I-129!

Hi All,

A June 2008 filer as well.

I-130 sent June 2nd and got NOA-1 a week later.

No expedite and no touches since a few days after NOA-1.

Another touch on the I-129!!! I'm sort of nervous because nothing is happening on the I-130... but I'll take it if the I-129 goes through!

The service centers CSC and VSC work 24/7 but dont work holidays. Not really sure what you are fileing for but your welcome to hang out in june anyway.

Yes they do work on weekends as well. I got sunday touches and was surprised. Now if only NVC would work the same way :lol:
