Congrats, If you can view your check online with your bank or call them they can give you your case number off the back. I think you have to change the last number on the check to make it work.

I'm hanging in here, I got all my docs ready for the next phase already....Been watching the I-130s and they were working on April but now are back to March 23

I have thus far been a silent observer of these fourms, and I want to express my appreciation to all who contribute. My education of immigration procedure and law has greatly aided, and given me knowledge of what to expect. I am approaching the 1 month anniversary of filing and look forward to other June filers to anticipate my eventual approval.

Alhamdulillah NOA1 just came I am grinning from ear to ear and now have to decide if we should k3 it or wait out an I130.

Jackie, I have done a lot of research on this website and on the internet...My suggestion: If you are a CSC filer, you would be much better off to stick with CR-1 as K3 takes longer time through CSC. Check Processing times on the top of this page..Rest is your call!! Good Luck!!

From what it looks like, its running 115 days from NOA1 to NOA2....I have been hoping for 100 days or less but I can live with this. I'm still praying that our spouses have a visa in hand in January Good luck to us all!

How have you been tracking? Is there a website to know what exact date is currently being worked?
