5-04-08- EMAILED CHOICE OF AGENT TO NVC

5-07-08- AOS FEE now says PAID online, can print cover sht.

5-07-08*cald NVC and msg says AOS $recvd

5-12-08-DS3032 EMAIL Accepted

5-13-08*cald NVC and msg now says DS3032 choice of agent has been received.

5-13-08-mailed AOS i864 packet w/printed cover sheet from online payment (certified mail- priority)

5-15-08-AOS packet received by NVC

5-18-08 iv FEE bill invoiced

5-18-08 iv fee $400 paid online

5-20-08-iv fee cleared, able to print covr shet online

12-12-08 emailed chennai embassy asking status of our case, and got email to send passport..

12-25-08 hubbys arrival! smooth POE!

1-16-09 green card arrives

04/29/08 NOA2 Approval notice

05/02/08 Case @ NVC & Case # assigned

05/05/08 Emailed DS3032 to NVC (Didn't wait for AVR to say it was generated)

5/13/08 Email Reply from VNC accepting DS3032 and they said don't send a hard copy. Email alone was OK

05/13/08 AVR says: DS3032 and AOS bill generated.

05/13/08 Got IIN from NVC and paid $70 online. Status: Pending

05/15/08 Status now shows: Paid.

05/16/08 Mailed my AOS/I864 package.

05/17/08 IV fee status online shows as "Not Paid" as opposed to "Not invoiced" before, so I just paid the $400.

05/17/08 IV fee status is now "In Process"

05/19/08 IV fee bill status "Paid"

05/20/08 Sent DS-230 -regular mail-

05/21/08 AVR Update: "The NVC is awaiting the return of the biograhic froms from the petitioner"

05/22/08 AVR Update: "The NVC has reviewed your packets and forms and found information missing of incorrect"

06/02/08 AVR Update: "Case Complete"

06/10/08 Operator says interview scheduled for 07/15

5/28/10 : Funds withdrawn from bank account

6/04/10 : NOA1 (I-797) received, confirming above NOA1 receipt date.

7/31/10 : Biometrics letter received - Appointment date of 8/11/10!

8/11/10 : Biometrics done!

8/29/10 : GC received (sometime last week lol)! (WOW!)

1/06 : Married my JAAN :)

1/15 : I-130 and I-129F sent to Chicago Lockbox

is there any one has the interviw in cairo EGYPT????? i don't realy understand why i didn't get an interviw date yet,,,,,

can i call the nvc again???becous some times i feel like the oprator is geting bothered of answer me i don't know,,,what do you think?????

if my case was completed on may 30 th 2008 so i guss i shuld have my interviw date set,,,right?????please helpe,,,please!!!

I am also waiting for an interview date, but one has yet to be assigned to us. Just be patient and soon .....insha allaah you will have one....insha allaah.

It's sometimes hard to see others that have an interview date and here you are still waiting ......

just pray and have patience.

Yes, I would call NVC again..that is your own choice ya know.
