I read at the CFO website that u need to bring 2 valid ID, I only have postal ID with me.

I renewed my SSS digitized ID to married name last January 2008 but I still don't have it yet coz the production was stopped sinced last august 2007.

my voters ID was not issued to me also. I submiited my passport at SLEC and now its in the USEM.

I wanna know from the others that went to CFO already, showed their NBI clearance.?

thanks...

Hi Rose,

For married only who don't have visa yet:

copy of NSO marriage certificate

copy of NSO birth certificate

1 valid I.D

1 valid ID is okay. You can give a call to PRISM 525 3114/ 525 3783 to confirm this.

that's only i brought (August 2007) coz that's only they said they needed from me. I am 24 that time and in right age already.

i saw the CFO website, and instructions/requirements there were so complicated when compared with the actual, it's not so biggie.

Seminar is being done at PRISM located in 2nd floor Equitable PCI Bldg. Tafe Ave. Manila near La Salle,

whereas the certificates/stamping of stickers are being done at Citigolf Bldg. 1345 President Quirino Ave. Manila.

(seminar first, then after your seminar you will be asked to go to CFO in Citigolf bldg. for the release of your certificates.)

both different bldgs.

It is, but if you will be doing the CFO seminar while waiting for the visa, then the passport is not readily available as the USEM is holding it, right?
