What do we need to send with the I485 for supporting docs?

What family name needs to be on the forms? Should we use US Citizen family name or immigrant family name? (We want immigrant to have US citizen family name)

Question: Current USCIS Status? What do we use for Fiance visa is we got married already?

Part 3. Question: LiSt present husband or wife. Do we need to list US citizen husband?

i submitted:

copy of passport (biographic page)

copy of k1 visa

copy of entry stamp

copy of 1-94 (front and back)

copy of BC

certified true copy of marriage certificate

g325a 4 pages

1693a (sealed envelope by civil surgeon)

2 passport size photos

for family name: it's up to u,but be sure to be consistent in all ur docs... mine,, i used my married name... ssn, state id, 1-485, ap, ead

im confused of this too but i did listed my usc husband... i just put petitioner there
