Here is to you LAL and posse of followers, you will never get it either. :bonk: You never have addressed what I said and you know why because you know it is right and true information. You cannot marry on a tourist visa with the intent of using a tourist visa to get married on so you can avoid the K1 process and fees, and by doing so you will be committing visa fraud, plain and simple.

Think outside of your box.

You are stating this because you keep on thinking about couples who come here to get married and wish to stay together in the US.

But there are people from foreign countries who come here just because they want to get married in Vegas, or on that beach where they fell in love or whatnot. Just like some people do destinations wedding.

It might be they are just coming here for the wedding itself and then they go back to living in their own countries.

Think about Eva Longoria who got married in France. She didn't do it with the intent to stay in France did she? It's just because she wanted to get married there for the location.

Same for people who want to get married in Hawaii, New-York or whatever.

You also have people who come to marry a USC citizen and then one or both goes back to the foreign country where they choose to live or apply for a K3 or other spouse visa. Sometimes they have a few things they still want to take care of in their own countries but they want to get married ASAP...

all that is legal.

Now if you come with the intent to get married and stay in the US, if you enter ready to file in the AOS just to skip the rest of the process that is an entirely different story and that yes is an immigration issue.

Not everyone enters the US with the intent to immigrate. When I came here as a teenager it was to visit my godparents. I told everyone there was no way on earth I would live here and truly was not interested in it.

Everything should be taken case by case, everyone has its own story.

And yes some are not doing things right.

And anyway, the immigration issue is not just about Spouse immigration. that's just the tip of the iceberg and there is a lot more to look into.

The sky is blue, however when clouds pass over, it makes it a bit grey.

The sky is not blue! Thats a fraudulant sky!

No, no, I said - the sky is blue, however when certain things happen (like clouds) the changes make a new scenario (like a grey sky as apposed to blue).

That's what I said! The sky is not blue!

Um no, the sky *is* blue. Always. The sky did not intend to have cloud cover, its just a change in the atmosphere.

You and your weather posse - I dont support your liberal agenda! The sky is not blue!

Ok, you win. The sky is clearly not blue.:unsure::blink::innocent::whistle::star::devil::dance:

But when we turn to the Hebrew literature, we do not find such jokes about the donkey. Rather the animal is known for its strength and its loyalty to its master (Genesis 49:14; Numbers 22:30).
