4. You cannot plan ahead to come to the US on a visitors visa to get married and try to adjust status. FRAUDULANT!

Peace to All creatures great and small............................................

But when we turn to the Hebrew literature, we do not find such jokes about the donkey. Rather the animal is known for its strength and its loyalty to its master (Genesis 49:14; Numbers 22:30).

Here is to you LAL and posse of followers, you will never get it either. :bonk: You never have addressed what I said and you know why because you know it is right and true information. You cannot marry on a tourist visa with the intent of using a tourist visa to get married on so you can avoid the K1 process and fees, and by doing so you will be committing visa fraud, plain and simple.

At some point you realize you are indeed talking to a brick wall, no, Marylin and LaL?

Yes, but only for the benefit of others who could glean some information from it :P... one last attempt coming up :P

yes, this is what we have been saying... but then you keep going back saying you can't get married on a tourist visa which isn't true.... you can go to the US with the intent to get married as long as you intend on going back to your home country after.....

What have I learned from this thread? Only slender, rich people should have the right to marry a foreigner, that is currently living in their home country, and petition them.

Instead of making it harder to legally immigrate why don't they spend the bucks on securing the borders? Or perhaps the ones already here, that knowingly came here illegally, shouldn't they concentrate on those? What I have seen is "hey, you are already here illegally...what the he!!...lets just give you driving privileges and welfare. And we can use the money we gouge out of the ones attempting legal immigration to pay for you".

'Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways - Chardonnay in one hand - chocolate in the other - body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming 'WOO HOO, What a Ride'
