i think only SMEF-COW gives seminar certificate and stamp..

additional po... if u have visa already all u need sa PRISM registration are photo copy of visa and front page of passport and 250 pesos and take note, pls. be aware of your fiance's mother maiden name kc american guys use their 2nd name as their middle name, but in their form u need to write their middle name na maiden ng mother nila. Then sa CFO stapm, be sure to photo copy too the yellow certificate u will receive after counselling before u proceed to CFO building and ofcourse triple check spelling of ur name.. 400 pesos sa CFO will take only 15 mins or so for stamp.

Before you have your VISA:

After you had your Guidance & Counseling in PRISM or SMEF-COW in Manila, they will give you a Guidance & Counseling Certificate of Attendance . (this is the 1/2 size yellow certificate).

The CFO-NAIA Desk Officer strongly advised that after you're done with the seminar proceed directly to the CFO (Citigold - Quirino Ave address) to get the Guidance And Counseling Certificate. (this is the check size green certificate).

Whether you're from the province or not better get all of these done right away so that when your visa is finally delivered you can just go back to the CFO main office or CFO-NAIA Desk Office to get the sticker.
