Yes it would be nice to know about this since the CFO website provides no information about the desk at NAIA. :(

I think I saw on a post that they open at 7:30am but this is not for sure

As far as I know you can complete the final part at CFO office Manila, CFO office Cebu, or CFO NAIA desk.

pls. clarify the CFO if u can, from what i remember there at CFO manila they told as that if u did the seminar in manila u get your stamp in manila, and if its in cebu the stamp should be in cebu as well, i am not sure for now there might be some changes that i am not aware of, i had my seminar last april 14, 2008..:)

Here is what I was told.....

My daughter (K-2) only needs a stamp and did not need the seminar, so I don't know if you need to get the stamp where you had the class.

We were told that she could get her stamp at the CFO desk in NAIA on the day of her departure ONLY. This is because the CFO counter at NAIA is inside the terminal 1 and you can't get inside unless you have a ticket for that day.

They open at 6am in the morning and are closed at 11pm at night. They are open every day of the year. They said its a first come first serve basis, but its not USUALLY not too busy there. Now that everyone in VisaJourney will hear this, they will all flood the counter and it will take 3 hours. Our flight leaves at 7:45AM so we decided not to chance being late and get it at the Manila office beforehand.

If you fly on PAL, its in terminal 2 and I don't know if you can get inside terminal 1 to get the stamp because your ticket is not to fly out of terminal 1.

Someone posted the phone number to the CFO counter in NAIA and I would suggest calling for your situation like we did. That way there is no question/problem later.

Is CFO-NAIA Desk Office open 24/7 & holidays? :help:

PRISM , SMEF-COW Manila and SMEF-COW Cebu are CFO authorized center to conduct seminar. Now if u went there with visa on hand u can have your sticker after paying registration @ CFO office but if u had ur seminar in advance without ur visa then u have to go back to have CFO sticker attach in your passport/visa as per requirement during departure of filipino overseas.

Hello. I'm actually a little bit confuse so I hope someone knows the answer to this.

Out of all the offices in Manila listed on CFO's website, which office(s) can you get your passport stamped?

  1. PRISM
  2. SMEF-COW or
  3. CFO (Citigold)
Also, I know that you can take your seminar at PRISM or SMEF-COW. Can you also take the seminar at the main CFO office?

We would like to go to one place where we can take seminar and get stamped at the same time.

hello po, i just had my counselling and passport stamp last friday june 6.. after counselling in PRISM either in TAFT or in Quezon City, u have to go to CFO building which is located in CITIGOLD too few kilometers away from BDO building where PRISM is located... so its better to have the seminar in TAFT near DLSU
