Chest x-ray film

I know this have been covered before & I tried to look up for those threads but to no avail.

For some members they handcarried their x-ray films for their POE. I plan on just putting it in my check-in luggage. Not sure if it's still necessary to handcarry it now a days? Please do share your POE experience about it.

In my opinion guess the chest x-ray film you needed when you entering the immigration. So better to put in the hand carry baggages to easy get when you needed. good Luck your flight

I guess its better if u hand carry it just in case at the POE they will ask you the xray. The officer didn't ask me to showed it to them. Its quiete a hassle but its better have it ready on hand.

we just put chest x-ray in checked luggage problems. i heard it wasnt needed at poe it is nothing poe needs. but if you feel better to just hand carry luggage thats up to the person. good luck

No need to handcarry the chest x-ray. They don't look for it at all.

In my case, the immigration officers didnt ask for my xray film. The lady in CFO told us to put the film in a tube (engineer's tube i dont know the exact term) a plastic tube where architects or engineers keep their tracing paper..roll the xray film and put it there.. dont fold it though as it will cause blotches on the film. I know of some girls who were asked to present their xray films so maybe, it is better to hand carry it.

That's what I did! Put it in my checked-in baggage.
