5-24-2010 - Sent I-751 to Vermont Service Center via USPS (receipt/signature required)

5-25-2010 - Delivered to Vermont Service Center & Signed For

6-1-2010 - I-751 Receipt Notice Received in Mail (dated 5/26/10)

*time Passed

7-30-2010 - Biometrics date: August 13, 2010

8-13-2010 - Biometrics Finished

*time passed

8-30-2010 - email received 'card production ordered'

8-31-2010 - touch (updated on uscis as approved)

9-4-2010 - Received 10yr Green Card ** Now we relax **

You should be getting your Biometrics Appointment soon. It's the other way around with me. I got the biometrics appointment letter two days ago but I haven't got my NOA1s yet :(:)

Congrats! :star: Sit back because nothing else is needed from you and you can expect to wait a few weeks, wait for more info from them. It might be appointment time for biometrics (photos & fingerprints), notice of an interview date, RFE, or informing you of transfer to a service center. Keep trying to put your cases online so you will get instant email notification if anything changes. :yes:

You can work on getting more proof of relationship (for the AOS interview) - like making sure both of your names are on credit cards, bank accounts, apartment lease, insurance, etc.

:wacko: more waiting..argh. thanks for the responses! we are getting closer, thats the main thing. as far as adding the MSC number(s) USCIS is not accepting them right now when we logged in with a new account or do we use the the K-1 account?? (cant find anything I suppose yet) thanks again.

I just added the new receipt numbers to the same CRIS account we used for the K visa. As ELW suggested, sometimes it takes awhile for USCIS to update the system.
