Under the new law, female circumcision remains allowable in cases of "medical necessity."

I wonder what this necessity could be? :unsure:

i'm still trying to figure that one out too. :unsure:

I guess this will be on the little clever loophole people will use to have this clitoridectomy done! "Oooo, but my daughter needs it for medical reasons!" :angry:

personally i don't think anything in that region needs surgical improvement. :blush:
