$2 bills are still being produced and are not rare. Spend em.

Are they detested anywhere like their erstwhile Canadian counterpart was hated in Alberta?

(edit: I actually used to ask for change in Calgary when I received a $2 bill--due precisely to being a "by adoption" Albertan; Albertans surprisingly have no such issues with the $2 bill's replacement the toonie)
