to start, the daughter just needs to be listed on the I-129f. when the time comes for the interview, they will be separate visa applications. are you planning for the daughter to come at the same time or follow to join?

on the question about B/C, if you mean question 10 on the I-129f, you leave the box blank below where you check born in USA. the daughter definately can come at the same time. that's what we did. the one year you refer to is the time allowed to follow to join.

also wanted to ask what do they ask for evidence of engagement i have photo's of me and her with the ring but i lost the receipt

USC petitions (I-129F)

The alien(s) apply for the visa

Not everyone buys a ring so ring receipts are not required

YMMV

Your questions indicate two critical mistakes.

1. You haven't read the guides.

2. For whatever you have read, you are making interpretations that are not literal.

The I-129F asks for evidence you've met your foreign fiancee in person during the past two years, not evidence of engagement. Rings are neither required or evidence of a bona fide relationship. Relationship evidence is shown at the interview.

Just list the child on the I-129F petition where it asks about the beneficiary's children and follow the step by step guides for what will happen later.
