i'm not sure about the 864-ez, but i talked to uscis and they said i needed to for the i-864.. some people on here said i didn't have to.. anyway i did send mine..i want a speedy approval

She submitted transcripts and all the other stuff and got an RFE cause they wanted 2007W2s and tax return....

So I just need to submit the W2 with the tax transcript? I dont have my 1040 Or should I just use the I 864 and use all Transcripts?

I say use the I864 instead of the I864EZ....I used the I-864 and submitted just the 3yrs transcript, pay stubs for 6mos and employer letter....and eveything was ok with it...even though its been 4wks and they haven't completed my case....long story.....

I did, and I didn't get an RFE, I heard others did because they didn't supply their W2 as well. I would just to be on the safe side!

YES, AND 1040 FORM.

I actually submitted the following with my I-864EZ form:

1. I-864EZ Cover Letter

2. Document Cover Sheet with Barcode

3. Form I-864EZ

4. Employment Letter

5. 2007 Federal Tax Return( including W2 and Form 1099)

6. 2007 IRS Tax Transcript

7. 2006 IRS Tax Transcript

8. 2005 IRS Tax Transcript

9. Pay stubs from the most recent six months

My I-864EZ was cleared with NVC with no issues.

I qualify for filing an I-864EZ, but why not use an I-864 still? Do I gain/loose anything out of using an I-864EZ over an I-864?
