Waiting for interview letter from NVC

NVC sent the letter out about two weeks ago. I still did not receive it.

How long does it take to have interview letter from NVC. If my wife does not receive the letter, Can i send my copy for her Medical exam in HO CHI MINH city? If someone done it , please share your experience. Thank you guys.

If the IR1/CR1 process is like the K1/K3, she should be able to go the Consulate and pick it up. Since Tyrobe recently got his pink, he might know more. In any case, an email or call to the Consulate should confirm what you/she should do. If her interview is coming soon, then contact them asap.

I just called NVC operator. Out interview letter mailed out on 05/28/2008. I am still waiting for it.

Yes, if beneficiary has no letter received (delay or missing), you can courier your copy to complete medical and interview. But as per NVC, they mail it to the beneficiary by DHL.

CSC - I-130 for Parents (IR5)

10/17/2011 - Email received with Receipt#, Routed to CSC

10/18/2011 - Cleared the checks $420*2

I received appointment letter in 3 days after I found out our interview date, my husband in 10, and YES you can send a copy of the letter to your wife in case she doesnt receive.
