WELL WE GOT MAIL TO OUR SENATOR AND IT SAYS OUR EXPEDITE IS APPROVED AND WE WILL HEAR SOMETHING IN USCIS SOON.. WHAT IS THAT MEAN AND WHAT IS NEXT...

WE CHECK THE ONLINE CASE STATUS IN USCIS WEBSITE BUT IT STILL PENDING,,, ANYONE HELP OUT?? THANKS... :thumbs: :thumbs: :thumbs: :thumbs:

In the next 5 days(weekdays) or so as long as there is nothing missing from your petition you should see an approval notice.

we are waiting for it and hoping to hear from them soon...my senator send us the letter last June 2.2008..

what do u mean Missing? is there a possible way to miss some of the paperwork??

What I mean is , as long as the I-130 was filled out correctly as well as both G-325A and all of the other required documents such as translated marriage certificate & birth certificate, passport style photos, etc were submitted then everything should be fine, if not you will get a RFE asking you to submit whatever it is that they still need.
