Just observing the process. This is the impression I was left with. If you don't agree then that is your right of course.

You don't try to see any different though. I don't hate Hillary Clinton or her supporters. I generally make it a rule not to hate anyone. Hmmm, let me think, nope... can't think of one person I hate. Way too strong of a word. Dislike a person, yes, if I know them personally and they've done something to hurt me somehow. I'm more likely to hate a behavior, or vitriolic words spewed in my direction. But hate total strangers...just seems silly. :no:

Not to mention irrational.

Hey sis... is it raining over there yet?

Yup, a little misting downtown. It's like pea soup out...bluergh... now there is something I hate, nasty summer weather, all hot and humid. :dead:

Supposed to be in the 90's over this weekend in NJ, if the forecast I saw is accurate.

I can guess just what kind too - overcast with high humidity. The worst...

Nah - Live NJ, Work NY.

Its only 25 miles apart - so there's no real difference in the weather here. Its disgusting.

Now that Obama has the nomination and it seems that Hillary will give up (maybe, she still hasn’t said I quit yet) I have been thinking about this remarkable year.

For several years I have seen the usual political hatred going in both directions on this board. Reps hate dems and dems hate reps. Its normal and both sides do it. But this years something different happened. The Hillary vs Obama contest has shown me a side of the dems I hadn’t thought of yet. I have seen the same vile hatred and vitriol usually reserved for the other party thrown with great abandoned at their own! I saw Hillbots spew hatred at Obama and Obamabots throw an equal amount of hatred at Hillary.

This leads me to an interesting conclusion. Dems just hate. It’s part of their nature. All this time I thought it was just because of differing political views that it was thrown at people like me but now I realize that they throw it at anyone they don’t agree with or that stands in their way of getting what they want. That is especially interesting when you consider that they bill themselves as the party of inclusion and tolerance.

I would like to thank you for opening my eyes to your true nature. It’s been a real education.

As I say - I don't get the point of posting all these op-ed articles... Not only is it getting very old - its also extremely boring. It wouldn't be so bad if some of this stuff was intended to facilitate an actual discussion - its just the usual round of cheap digs at any cost.
