Alright by the nature of this question you will DEFINITELY know I am a newbie to Via Journey, but I have seen "touched" all over people's signatures. If you look at mine, you will see I used it too, but I want to make sure I am understanding it correctly. Does case "touched" mean that when you went to the USCIS website and checked your status online that it showed last updated and a different date than you accessed their site or the dates on the NOAs? Like ok, for me, I have the date of 5/30 for my I129F NOA1 and when I look that up on the online case status it says last updated on 6/3/08? It says that date for both my I130 and my I129F. Does my question make sense? WIll you let me know if I am understanding that correctly? Thanks!

6/3 sounds like the date they put the record online so you can view it.

Now, if tomorrow the date changes to 6/6 then you'll have had a "touch".
