We'll definitely be watching ! I'd really rather see Boston win this, but I have a feeling Kobe & crew will prevail. Anyway the biggest winner will be the NBA -- they're looking at the highest-rated finals in the last two decade or so.

Well, as it was so eloquently put by Rasheed Wallace, “That (bleep) ain’t basketball out there. It’s all (bleeping) entertainment. You all should know that (bleep). It’s all (bleeping) entertainment.”

So who will be watching?

I'm still sour over the Suns...mainly the organization that missed the opportunity to get Pau Gasol and instead traded Sean Marion for Shaq...then p!ssed off the coach enough for him to look for work elsewhere.

I'm happy for the Laker's amazing season and blockbuster aquisition (Pau Gasol), but I have a hard time rooting for them. I'd rather see Kevin Garnett get his first championship ring than watch Kobe win.

exactly.

I've heard some talk radio guys bring up a conspiracy idea r/t Celtics and Lakers..... ie. how the heck did the Lakers get Pau Gasol for hardly anything, and isn't it interesting that a former Celtic now basketball executive (Kevin McHale) traded away Kevin Garnett to his old team led by former teammate Danny Ainge for pretty much nothing....... and end up with a Finals matchup that is David Stern's ultimate dream, between two classic teams with a large fan base..... I'm not much for conspiracy theories, but you have to admit that it's something to think about......

Oh, and if Kobe loses, that would make me mucho happy.

Haha he's right.

Well.... as everyone knows, the biggest metro areas have the biggest television audiences. The NBA's worst nightmare was the small-market Spurs in the Finals -- over and over and over. Scarred 'em for life.

Gooooooo Boston !

Eh, I guess the Lakers - not that I care but because it will make my neighbors and coworkers happy.

I was disappointed that the Pistons got knocked out but I knew the sports gods would not allow Detroit to have a Stanley Cup and the NBA finals.

The playoff started 2 month ago and their draft is in 2 weeks. Their season is long.

Kobe's a baby. I don't think he deserves respect.
