employer letter question... i need an advise asap thanks

hello there guyz.

im just wondering if its ok to send an affidavit of support without an employer letter? i dont have work and my sister is willing to be my co sponsor... the main problem is she gave birth and she will be back on june 20th. so basically shes on disability right now. but she still recived her paystub from her disability. and if she ask for the employment letter it will take 90 days before they can issue it.

please i need help and i dont know what to do..

can i follow up the employer letter regarding this matter?

If your sister most recent taxes are enough to support her family and your husband, then you dont have to worry about, paystubs and letter from the employer are optional.

thank you so much DANI, i think i will follow up the employer letter just in case they need it... but for now i will ask my sister to follow up her employer letter bec she said it will take approximately 3 motnhs before they can issue her thanks a lot
