sent back all documents required for p3 (well i thought)

and tonight found ds-156 barcode last page thingy , you know the page that specifically asks you to send it!!!!

but then again im not sure as i print off 3 or 4 copies of everything , i dont know if these are extras or what !! :bonk:

I think im going mad...

Anyway should i call and explain or send in 2 copies explaining my incompetence in a cover letter ???

Help!

how did you send, or do you think you sent it? would there be a record?

and how long ago? does the page you found have a date?

Day One: Went to Council of Elrond. Was prettiest person there. Agreed to follow some tiny little man to Mordor to throw ring into volcano. Very important mission - gold ring so tacky.

Day Six: Far too dark in Mines of Moria to brush hair properly. Am very afraid I am developing a tangle.

Orcs so silly.

Still the prettiest.

Day 35: Boromir dead. Very messy death, most unnecessary. Did get kissed by Aragorn as he expired. Does a guy have to get shot full of arrows around here to get any action? Boromir definitely not prettier than me. Cannot understand it. Am feeling a pout coming on.

Frodo off to Mordor with Sam. Tiny little men caring about each other, rather cute really.

Am quite sure Gimli fancies me. So unfair. He is waist height, so can see advantages there, but chunky braids and big helmet most off-putting. Foresee dark times ahead, very dark times.

Someone else I know did that and they got an RFE for it.

Sent it special delivery , it doesnt have page number , date on it yes but its EVAF 02.02.06?

its states barcode number

additional visits to US

filtered names

then a kind of blurred barcode

:(
