Are you married or not? A K1 visa is for fiance(e)s.

She would need to send you:

- I-134 (affidavit of support) and any supporting documents (W2s, 1040s, 1099s or tax transcripts, letter of employment, info on assets if they are being needed, paystubs)

- prooof of relationship (either you or her can get these): plane stubs/boarding passes from trips she has taken to Nigeria, passport pages with stamps, pictures, phone logs, chat logs, text message logs, any mail you have sent back and forth to one another.

- new letter of intent to marry

Thats all I can think of right now. I am sure others will add what they think is necessary. Good luck.

Look under embassy reviews at the top of the page You can read what people had to say about interviews. Did you list your son on the original application. If not you may have issues. You may also need DNA testing to have him follow.

You will need to establish that he is your son for him to follow. This may mean DNA testing. He has to have been listed on your application as a child. Was he ?
