WHERE COULD I RECEIVED THE DS3032? IM THE PETITIONER PLEASE HELP ME... DO I HAVE TO PAY THE AOS FIRST BEFORE THEY SEND ME THE DS3032? HELP IM WORRIED SO MUCH HERE

DS230 generated June 22,2008

DS230 PAID June 24, 2004

DS230 received July 3, 2008

NVC Case Completed July 14, 2008

NVC send the Case Complete to USEM Manila: Aug. 5th 2008

USEM recieved complete case from NVC Aug 8th 2008

paid debros aug 22,2008

Medical Sept 9,10 He passed Thank you God. God is always good.

Interview Date: Sept 29, 2008 at USEM Manila 8:30AM APPROVED!!!

call NVC and ask if they generated ur ds3032

then if they say yes, EMAIL them the ds3032 ( whoever wants to be the agent should email them)

the template is in JAMES SHORTCUTS under the WIKI tab

make sure u follow the template

and they take a week to respond back sayin they accepted the choice of agent

please read up on the link provided to u yesterday, from lotofpatience that wil clear your doubts

and u can pay online once they generate ur aos bill and iv fee bill .someone willneed their debit card bank card..

u dont need to rwait to receive the mail from nvc it takes a longg time, use online payments..

after readin if ur stil unsure on what to do then please ask!! :thumbs:

10-16-07- received by VSC

1-11-08- i130 NOA1

2-24-08-view case online

4-19-08- i130 NOA2

4-24-08- NOA2 hardcopy received

4-24-08- NVC CASE #ASSIGNED MDR

5-04-08- EMAILED CHOICE OF AGENT TO NVC

5-05-08- DS3032 AND AOS fee bill was generated today

5-05-08- paid AOS fee bill $70 online

5-07-08- AOS FEE now says PAID online, can print cover sht.

5-07-08*cald NVC and msg says AOS $recvd

5-12-08-DS3032 EMAIL Accepted

5-13-08*cald NVC and msg now says DS3032 choice of agent has been received.

5-13-08-mailed AOS i864 packet w/printed cover sheet from online payment (certified mail- priority)

5-15-08-AOS packet received by NVC

5-18-08 iv FEE bill invoiced

5-18-08 iv fee $400 paid online

5-20-08-iv fee cleared, able to print covr shet online

5-21-08-mailed DS230 packet to NVC via priority mail

5-29-08 aos ACCEPTED

5-29-08- DS 230 entered in system

6-3-08-cse cmplte.

6-11-08 case left NVC to chennai via DHL

6-16-08 case reached chennai

7-2-08 appt letter received by beneficiary

7-4-08 medical done in chennai

7-28-08 interview- AP for 4-6 weeks (awaiting name chk clearance-told by chenai operator)

8-20-08 chennai forwarded file to DOS- according to inquiry from congressmans office

(also confirmed by DOS)

8-28-08 file reached DOS- told by operator

9-2-08- last update to case,told by DOS

12-12-08 emailed chennai embassy asking status of our case, and got email to send passport..

12-15-08 submitted passport to vfs

12-19-08 VISA ISSUED! in hand!

12-25-08 hubbys arrival! smooth POE!

1-16-09 green card arrives

1-27-09 SSN card in mail

Received NOA1 from CSC with a date of 8/15/06

I-130 petition approved 4/16/2008 after 19 months.

Got IIN from NVC 5-13-08

Paid AOS fee online 5-14-08, Paid IV Fee online 5-27-08

Sent I-864 forms 5-27-08

Sent DS-230 forms 5-28-08

6-2-08 called NVC and msg says "received all information,processing will take 4-6 weeks"

6-13-08 called NVC, CR1 is complete, sent RFE for CR2. returned to NVC, waitn on result

6-26-08 case complete/approved. Waiting to be transferred to U.S. Embassy in Guangzhou, China for interview date

7-7-08 Petition forwarded to Guanzhou, China. Awaiting interview letter.

thank you guyz. so once i call them and ask if they already generate the ds3032 thats the time i will email them the choice of agent? im confuse is the ds3032 is the (choice of agent) where can i get the form? can i dload it ? or are they going to send it to may home address help and thanks alot so much

The best thing would be for you to go to the Timesavers thread which are James' shortcuts and read pages 1, 10 & 11 to get an idea of what the process is like. You no longer need to use the shortcuts if you don't want to since you can pay both bills and generate the coversheets online, but it will give you an idea of each step of the process.

Once you hear "NVC will mail...the beneficiary..."OR" DS 3032 and AOS Fee Bill has been generated on _______" you may have your spouse emailing NVC her choice of agent, which can be either you, herself or an attorney.

Have your spouse following the instructions on this link to proceed with the email to NVC on her choice of agent.

I believe that this is the fastest way to proceed on the DS 3032.

Ok,..I have question,..What does it mean Generated??..Does it mean that NVC send it DS-3032 to my spouse and send it also to me(ds-3032 and AOS fee bill)???
