Police clearance - I-485/G-325a

1. Part 6 of the instructions states you need police clearance if you are in a "special class" - can someone confirm this doesn't apply to K1 visa holders ?

2. G-325A - I submitted one for my K-1 visa as well - can we submit the same one for the AOS? I can't find any difference in them...

2. u need a new G325a coz ur address now is different from before..

and if u will use ur married name u need to update/change ur G325a and u will sign it with a recent date

Thanks...maybe someone else can help with my quetsion re: police clearance. I can't beleive how expensive this form is!! ( $930 - WOW! ) Are you supposed to submit two separate ccheques - one for $930 and one for $8- for biometrics?

Hi Sunflower. No, K-1 visa holders are not required to submit a police clearance. That document was submitted at the visa application stage.

As the other poster says, you will need to submit a new G-325a updating your address and name change, if applicable.
