I entered US through a K1 visa and I am ready to apply for the adjustment of status but I have a problem which I would want to ask to anyone of you who can help me. I had a copy of the I-693A given by the doctor from my country of origin but it was stated there that i need more vaccinations after i arrived here in the US. My question is do I have to go to the civil surgeons designated by the USCIS or I can visit any doctor that has those shots that I needed? Thanks.

You can visit any doctor or health clinic to get the necessary vaccinations. Make sure they give you proof or a receipt that shows you received the vaccinations. Then, take the proof of getting vaccinated along with your worksheet to the Civil Surgeon and have all of the information transferred to the Vaccination Supplement. That will probably be a lot cheaper than having the Civil Surgeon give you the additional vaccinations as well. Only the Civil Surgeon can fill out the Vaccination supplement, though.
