My I130 was approved on 7/13 & My priority date was current too. It went to NVC for further processing. I have paid AOS FEE BILL, suddenly the case went back to USCIS on 9/3/2010 for review. Crazy NVC!!! I have received an email from USCIS on 9/10/2010 & stated that My case has been received from State Department for review. after 10 days later, on 9/20/2010 I have receieved another email which stated that USCIS reaffirming approval of the case & returned to State Department for visa processing. Now another waiting when NVC will receive my case & what will be process for my case..It is craziest things happening into my case. This people dont know what they are doing. I saw so many guys get lucky instatntly..within month NVC completed case..few people like us got bad luck....I will started calling NVC from next week tell them case already been returned to NVC for VISA PROCESSING, see if they can expedited processing.

I hope they dont fine any error in your case like mine did.(wrong priority date published)

Make sure they get your CIS number right. If so, Call USCIS to find out what happened.
