can my husband who is the beneficiary will be the choice of agent???? please enlighten me about the choice of agent thanks a lot!!!!

I-130 sent: Oct 27, 2007

California Service Center Recieved Oct. 29, 2007

NOA1: Jan 17, 2008

I-130 Approved: April 22, 2008

Received DS-3032/ I-864 Bill: June 3, 2008

AOS bill paid: June 18th 2008

AOS sent : June 30th 2008 Received July 1

AOS cover sheet print out: June 18, 2008

DS230 generated June 22,2008

DS230 PAID June 24, 2004

DS230 received July 3, 2008

NVC Case Completed July 14, 2008

NVC send the Case Complete to USEM Manila: Aug. 5th 2008

USEM recieved complete case from NVC Aug 8th 2008

paid debros aug 22,2008

Medical Sept 9,10 He passed Thank you God. God is always good.

Interview Date: Sept 29, 2008 at USEM Manila 8:30AM APPROVED!!!

Visa In hand: Oct 2, 2008 yahoo

POE Nov 17, 2008.

Green Card and S.S received Nov 28th, 2008

Choice of agent is whoever you want to get the mail regarding your NVC case. It can be you, the petitioner(which is better because all of the documents will be mailed within the united states so it will be faster) or it can be him but the downside of that is the long wait for the documents to arrive. For the fastest process at NVC the person who is in the United states is best to get the mail, they will just need to make sure that everything is communicated as far as what is needed to send to NVC. As long as you are able to communicate what is going on with ease then it would be best for the USC to get the documents in my opinion.

Make some post in the Phillipines forum , Shape of my Heart is always willing to help and provide you some good information as to what you will need. I think most people in tha area of the forum will be more than happy to help you out, its a pretty close community.

Honestly, if you email your DS-3032 and pay your bills online, it doesn't matter who is the agent because you never have to wait for the mail to arrive! :thumbs:

05/01/2008 I-130 NOA2 (approval) from CSC!

I-129f

02/06/2008 I-129f sent

05/30/2008 I-129f NOA2 (approval)--too late!

NVC (changed from K-3 to CR-1) (31 days)

05/06/2008 case received and case # assigned

05/12/2008 DS-3032 and AOS bill generated

05/13/2008 DS-3032 sent (by e-mail)

05/13/2008 AOS bill invoiced (paid online)

05/14/2008 AOS bill PAID and cover sheet printed

05/16/2008 AOS package sent to NVC (FedEx from Peru)

05/19/2008 AOS package received by NVC (9:30 AM)

05/20/2008 DS-3032 Choice of Agent accepted (confirmation by e-mail)

05/20/2008 AOS entered into NVC system

05/21/2008 NVC recording says I have info missing (false RFE confirmed by NVC operator!)

the NVC forward some paper works to my husband(beneficiary) but i dont know what packet is that....

i think its ds-3032 what is the next step after this?

i believe they will send me a letter for the aos payment? please correct me if im wrong thanks...
