Well, it seems its so hard for me to seal the petiton in the envelope and mail it. I dont know how many times I am checking everything over and over again each day. Anyway, here is the contents of my petition I put on my cover letter :

- Payment by check, to the amount of $170

- I-129F

- Passport Style Photo of "WROTE MY NAME HERE" (Petitioner)

- Passport Style Photo of "WROTE FIANCE'S NAME HERE" (Beneficiary)

- Official copy of Birth Certificate (Petitioner)

- G-325A (Petitioner)

- G-325A (Beneficiary)

- Letter of intent to marry (Petitioner)

- Letter of Intent to marry (Beneficiary)

- Proof of having met within the last 2 years

-United Airline boarding passes and Receipt

-Trip itinerary/Receipt from expedia.com

-Pacific Airline boarding Pass/Receipt (Hanoi to HCMC)

-Visa and Entry/exit stamps

-3 Photographs "Me and Fiance"

- Proof of long term relationship

-Postal envelopes/Postage dates

-Sample emails/Email dates

Did I forget anything?

But now I dont know if I really must include the "proof of long term relationship" in here. It sure makes for a bulk of paper added to the petition and I really want to know if I have to send that evidence. I keep reading conflicting views on this here. So I decided to check one last time before I send this tomorrow. (hopefully) :D What do we think??

look at the directions again about your passport...i believe you need to xerox all pages of your passport from page number one to the last page...staple together and submit...

dont abbreviate on your check...must be US Department of Homeland Security.

also make a complete copy of everything including the check.

submit only that which is asked for in the directions. also make a content sheet at the beginning and tabulet everything you have...also they like tabes at the bottom like post-its that are labeled as to the items. Be very clean neat and professional in the approach to assembling the contents.

For my supporting evidence, I included: (1) Petitioner’s US passport and the pages containing the exit/entry stamps. (Criag, you only need to copy ALL pages of the US passport if it is used to established US citizenship. If you were born here, you can use your Birth Certificate. If you acquired citizenship through naturalization, then you provide a copy of your Certificate.) (2) Airline travel receipts, itinerary and boarding passes (3) Hotel bills and receipts (4) Receipts from purchases made (5) Photos of Petitioner and Beneficiary (I included about 5 only)

I indexed and added number tabs to each of them (bottom tabs are recommended). Since my application packet was pretty slim, I continued my index with more supporting evidence of mutual intent to marry: (6) Copy of greeting cards from friends congratulating Petitioner and Beneficiary of recent engagement (7)Copy of email correspondences between Petitioner (About 5 emails, ranging 6 months) (8) Copy of call history/telephone correspondences (I only selected a 2-month range) (9) Copy of Petitioner’s and Beneficiary’s joint bank account (10) Copy of letter correspondences, greeting cards and care package exchanged between Petitioner and Beneficiary

I attached a sample of that Index.
