I have to thank you as well, loto. :) You helped to answer my annoying questions when I was a newbie here. So, thank you.

My case would have gone by a little quicker if my husband hadn't forgot about his police certificate. We have one, but it's from 12/21/2007. I don't think they are going to want that one. *g* Almost 6 months old!

Thanks loto... but now it looks like things are going to take even longer because I have to get all that stuff translated. No! The only thing I have in English are his birth certificate and our marriage certificate. Puhhh.

Hi Lotofpatience, I think i need to develop some of that (LOL) to deal with one of the worst embassy- Kingston.

Oh i just really need a break.....i feel like im in the middle of the ocean and sinking rapidly...im so cast down and sadden by this entire process. To think that my case was completed on April 25th and still nothing out of Kingston.

God where are you??????? :crying:

I call the NVC everyday before i come to work only to hear.....that im not scheduled yet. You cannot call the US consulate here in Kingston they prefer if you send them an email. Ive done that so many times and all you get is an AUTO response. I dont even know if they even bother to read the emails

Try to talk to NVC operator's supervisor, if that's possible.

Today, we got our interview date - 7/9/08 ... which is also pretty quick! :)

NEETU IS HERE!

I-751 Process -

5/24/10 : I-751 Packet sent to VSC

5/26/10 : Delivered to SAINT ALBANS VT 05479 @ 11:46am

5/27/10 : NOA1 Date (based on scanned check image)

5/28/10 : Funds withdrawn from bank account

6/04/10 : NOA1 (I-797) received, confirming above NOA1 receipt date.

7/31/10 : Biometrics letter received - Appointment date of 8/11/10!

8/11/10 : Biometrics done!

8/29/10 : GC received (sometime last week lol)! (WOW!)

Previous timeline of our Busy 2008!!

1/06 : Married my JAAN :)

1/15 : I-130 and I-129F sent to Chicago Lockbox

1/17 : Both petitions received @ Chicago

2/27 : Check cashed & I-130 petition visible on system.

Hey Rajee, the days of your post NVC process until interview date is JUST 36 days :dance::dance::dance:

I think your total time between I-130 filing and interview date is less than 6 months :thumbs::dance::star::dance:
